4k m/s? Still far too quick if you take in the head start the entosis ship will have from when the pilot sees the spike in local to things landing on grid. 2k m/s max sounds a lot more like it, or just remove the activation of prop modules.

Really, these kind of roles are what T3 cruisers should fit into. A sort of mix and match hybrid class as opposed to an overpowered BS in cruiser form. CCP needs to sort out T3s, then we can have some degree of balance and counter mixes.
